Mostafa received his BSc degree in Mechanical Design and Production Engineering from Cairo University in Egypt, 2014. He then held several industry positions as a maintenance, mechanical design and research engineer. On August 2018, he has received the prestigious Fulbright scholarship to pursue his Master’s degree in Robotics Engineering at WPI. Mostafa’s research interests are in the fields of Continuum Robots, Medical/Surgical Robotics and Robot Assisted Surgery.
